        This section of the FAQ applies to residents who own a full 65,536 sqm sim (Homestead - 5,000 prims - or Full Prim - 20,000 or 30,000 prims)

Why can't I add/remove Estate Managers for my sim?
 
Estate Managers can be added or removed only by the Estate Owner and as per LL policy, we can unfortunately give Estate Owner rights only to residents who buy Full Prim (20,000 or 30,000 prim) sims from us. If you own a Homestead (5,000 prim) sim, you get Estate Manager rights and will therefore need to file a ticket on our support portal about your request and we'll add/remove estate managers for your sim.
